All year round: leisure activities for young people (5-12 years), Wednesdays and Saturdays, leisure activities for adults (weekend), sport school.

Ploufragan nautical base
Inland protected water of 70 hectares area. Sailing courses, kayaks, other activities. Day-long and half-day discovery voyages. Individuals, groups, schools, companies all welcome. Kayak and canoe rental in July and August.

Learn kitesurfing in safety with a highly qualified sportsman. This nationally certified school proposes two hour introductory courses in the bay of St Brieuc for all ages (minimum weight 55 kg). Longer courses of 9 or 18 hours with the latest equipment and radio helmets. Handkite introduction.

Rowing all year round on the lake or the sea. 10 years and older. Half or full day circuits. Practice takes place at the Rosaires beach and the lac du Gouët. Tickets, different formulas and annual licence obtention.
